SURFIT products are balance boards and related accessories.
Each product is presented with detailed information and images. While we do our best to reflect reality, product photos are non-binding and for reference only.

Prices are shown in USD or EUR depending on the version of the website, and include all applicable taxes.
Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but the price charged will always be the one shown at the time of your order.

We do not store your payment details on our servers.
7. Shipping
We ship worldwide. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary based on your location, shipping carrier delays, customs clearance, or other events outside our control.
You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order is shipped.
8. Right of withdrawal & returns
You have 30 days to return any unused item in its original packaging.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility. A refund is issued only after we receive and inspect the returned item.
For safety reasons, used or damaged products cannot be returned.

Our products match their descriptions. SURFIT is not liable for misuse, improper use of the product, or injuries resulting from incorrect use.
We strongly recommend using the product on a safe, flat surface and following proper usage instructions.
